Exploring your clothing style

For young adults, it can be challenging to figure out what to wear each day since they might still be finding out what their clothing style is. Besides, clothing style can also adapt over time, because of trends and individual preferences. That is why there is a need for an intelligent system which can help people explore their clothing styles.

My contribution
In this project, I primarily focused on developing the proof of concept, consisting of machine learning algorithms, and alongside also on the concept development. The deliverable of this project was an outfit recommender system. More
Results
‘Clo’ is an intelligent clothing assistant helping to explore/shape your clothing style. Over time it learns what kind of style you prefer depending on the daily conditions while considering color combinations and other clothing features such as pattern and shape. More
My learnings
- From this project on I realized that machine learning is not as far from my skillset as I expected. More
