In 2016 we developed a social community online platform for cardiac patients commissioned by Elizabeth Tweesteden Ziekenhuis in Tilburg.

My most important contribution was to prototype the temporarily web-based service. The beta version website was developed front-end primarily since back then I was not able to use back-end languages. More
Results
Together with my team there was developed a web-based interface called 'Patient 2 Patient service' which allowed patients to share knowledge/experiences and to support other patients to change behavior for better lifestyles. More
